I have gone on a number of workshops, to enhance my skills further.
I did a weekend course on the Sedona Method in Congleton Manchester. Then did the home study course and finally went across to America on a seven-day retreat in Sedona.
I have also learnt quite a bit about the Journey by Brandon Bays. Doing the seminars she held in London. Then following this up with weekly practice sessions held in my own local area. This was a very Hypnotherapy based technique.
My bookshelves are filled with books and courses on Personal Development, that I have looked at and studied.
I have also studied Biofeedback, Binaural Beats, Emile Coue, Lucid dreaming, Mind machines.
One of the biggest qualifications, I have for helping individuals is the University of life.
Originally I gained an apprenticeship in Process control at British Steel Rotherham. Then had a 15 year in IT in Sheffield working for HSBC. From 2000 I did much volunteer work with Dinnington Area regeneration trust for a 10 year period.
I have gradually been growing my Hypnotherapy and NLP business locally. I have done a number of tailor made courses for organisations and businesses in Sheffield/Rotherham. Over the years I must have appeared on Radio Sheffield over 10 times, to talk about Hypnotherapy. A few years ago I delivered a presentation for the UK guild of Hypnotist examiners at their annual conference in Scarborough.
